The goal of KYHAM's forms is to make registering for ARES, and filling out monthly reports quick and easy. We often get asked, "Where does the information go?" The short answer is "where you would mail the paper reports to in the old days." Here's a more detailed answer.

ARES Registration:
Goes to the DEC and ASEC for that district. They send it to the local EC

ARES Station Appointment:
Goes to the DEC and ASEC for that district. All ARES appointments are made by the SEC. They approve it and send it to the SEC.

Monthly EC Report:
Goes to the DEC. The DEC then compiles all EC reports and reports to the ASEC.

Monthly DEC Report:
Goes to the ASEC.

Monthly ASEC Report:
The ASEC then compiles all the DEC reports in their region and then reports to the SEC.

Although not done on KYHAM, the SEC files a report that is a compilation of all reports to ARRL HQ and the Section Manager.

Public Service Honor Roll:
PSHR reports are sent to the SM for action.

Public Service Activity Report:
Goes to the DEC for inclusion on their report, and the ASEC, SEC, and SM for their info.

Monthly Net Manager Report:
This report is almost obsolete in KY since KY NTS was disbanded. It goes to the SM for action and the SEC for information..
